Job Description These individuals are in the construction trades and possess various levels of field experience and require college degrees and not necessarily technical or engineering degrees. Program or project management experience specifically related to the building industry and understands coordination and management. Training will be provided to manage the PA grant delivery process (from Applicant assignment to Exit Briefing) for an average amount of 8 individual applicants simultaneously.
Provide customer-focused /customer-centric program delivery. Collaborate and identify the basic characteristics of good working relationships and explain the need for maintaining positive working relationships with associates. Make non-critical decisions effectively and take an active role in decision making in groups.
Ensure program delivery in a timely, professional, customer-centric manner that meets all assigned Applicant’s recovery priorities.
This is a Part-Time On-Call position.
Required Skills Ability to successfully pass a background investigation to obtain required FEMA badge.
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of related experience or 1-3 years of FEMA field experience.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
1-3 years of experience in project/ program management of medium scale construction operations/field of expertise.
Expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling costs including how cost management processes interact with each other and with other project management processes.
This position supports a U.S. Government contract whose terms require that applicants possess U.S. Citizenship.

Department Our services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Patrol fielded C5I systems. We are focused on the design, systems engineering, project management, procurement, installation, training, testing, and field maintenance of these systems.
